MENSAJE DEL DIRECTOR

En algún momento de la vida profesional, todos hemos imaginado crear alianzas que logren el mejor resultado al sumar esfuerzos (sinergia/ganar-ganar); pero de la misma forma nos hemos dado cuenta de que es un objetivo difícil de alcanzar cuando las partes involucradas pretenden que solo una gane y la otra, por consiguiente, pierda (suma cero/ganar-perder).

Si queremos lograr estos objetivos es necesario pensar primero en la sinergia que debe existir entre los diferentes departamentos que integran la organización. Esta solo se consigue cuando incorporamos las alternativas que ofrece cada uno y encontramos la que incluya la opción más completa —Efecto Zinergia—, es decir, la que garantiza un resultado superior tanto para la empresa como para todos sus clientes.

El siguiente paso es iniciar acercamientos y generar alianzas estratégicas con nuestros socios comerciales, proveedores, clientes y asociados, con el fin de definir una zona de interés común, bajo un esquema de colaboración win-win. Esta visión nos permitirá conocer clientes potenciales, aumentar la visibilidad de la empresa y tener los recursos suficientes para enfrentar las variaciones de la economía nacional y global.
